What is Seat Chasers?
Seat Chasers is a sports ticket discovery tool. It helps you find games and narrow ticket options by team, price, quantity, seat level, aisle availability, and view information.
Does Seat Chasers sell tickets directly?
No. Seat Chasers helps you compare ticket options. When a live vendor link is available, you complete the purchase on that vendor's website. Always confirm the seats, quantity, fees, and final price before buying.
Are the prices shown per ticket?
Yes. Prices are shown per ticket. The ticket details also show the total for your selected quantity when enough tickets are available together.
Are fees included in the displayed price?
A ticket is marked when known fees are included. If a vendor has not supplied fee information, Seat Chasers labels the fees as unknown and does not treat that listing as a confirmed all-in lowest price.
How does ticket comparison work?
Vendor prices appear together only when the inventory process has verified that they represent the same event and exact seats. Listings are kept separate when that match cannot be confirmed.
Why do some games or tickets say demo?
Demo games and tickets are sample data used to preview the Seat Chasers experience. They are clearly labeled, are not confirmed schedules or live inventory, and cannot be purchased.
Can I search for several tickets together?
Yes. Choose the number of tickets you need. Seat Chasers only shows listings with at least that many tickets available together.
Does switching between CAD and USD convert prices?
No. The currency selector filters listings by their original listed currency. Seat Chasers does not convert a CAD price into USD or a USD price into CAD.
How current are ticket prices and availability?
Each ticket includes a last-checked time. Prices and availability can change after that time, so confirm the final details with the ticket vendor before purchasing.
Which teams and sports are available?
The directory includes every NHL team plus the other teams and leagues shown in the sport navigation. Ticket results appear only when inventory is available for a game.
What should I do if information looks wrong?
Use the Support us page to report an incorrect team, venue, game, logo, or ticket detail. Include enough information to identify the page or listing.
